About the role

Gatesource HR is partnering with a leading mining organization to find a Business Development Specialist with strong technical knowledge of mineral processing and a commercial mindset. This is a remote, field-focused opportunity supporting mining operations across the U.S., combining technical sales, customer development and hands-on site support.

Required profile

3-5+ years of experience in mining, mineral processing, technical sales or field service
Experience working directly at mine and mill sites
Strong relationships within the U.S. mining industry
Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
Comfortable with approximately 50-60% travel
