Regional Sales Manager, Acute Care

About the role

Stryker is looking for an Acute Care Regional Sales Manager based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role oversees and drives sales activities for the Acute Care business unit within a defined region, with the aim of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share. It is a remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Work in the field to develop Sales Account Managers and customers, building loyalty and accelerating growth.
• Develop strategies and handle objections to achieve the region's financial plan through revenue growth, share and profitability.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team, reinforcing the company's vision, mission, strategy and position.
• Build and maintain Key Opinion Leader relationships at executive level.
• Manage customer and employee issues effectively.
• Give feedback to management on the market, competition, programs and the field.
• Work with counterparts and other functions to achieve goals.
• Handle hiring, training, performance management, territory and quota assignment, forecasting and budgeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years' experience required.
• Valid driver's licence in the state of residence with a good driving record.
• Preferred: 5+ years in sales, 2+ years in medical devices, disposables or capital equipment, and previous management experience.

What we offer

• Salary of $138,000 - $151,800, with possible eligibility for commission and/or bonuses.
