Store Manager - Hollister Leesburg Premium Outlet

About the role

The Store Manager leads the Hollister store at the Leesburg Premium Outlet. The manager is responsible for staffing, training, developing and retaining part-time and full-time staff, including career development for management, and is accountable for all store operations, hours management, asset protection, sales floor and stockroom organization, and brand presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales floor and stockroom operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales
• Ensure visual displays follow Brand and Corporate direction
• Recruit, hire and train management and non-management associates
• Handle staffing, scheduling and payroll
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom and omni-channel operations
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions, protect store assets and oversee store maintenance
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate register and point-of-sale systems

Required profile

• 2+ years of store management experience, or relevant supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, able to take initiative, with a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends
