Store Cashier - Camp Store

About the role

The Camp Store Cashier sells merchandise to customers at the store. The employer is Legends Global, a global agency that provides solutions for brands across professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests, answer their questions and assist them whenever possible
• Recommend, select and help guests find or obtain merchandise
• Follow register procedures, handle cash correctly and bag merchandise
• Keep merchandise correctly labeled and displayed, and keep the store clean and organized
• Set aside and notify the supervisor of defective, mis-marked, mislabeled, incorrectly priced, shopworn or damaged merchandise
• Watch for security risks and thefts and report them to security and management
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external guests and maintain a professional attitude and appearance

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to work all 70 home games and events at Campbell's Field
• Willingness to aggressively sell assigned items
