About the role

Required profile

• Active Connecticut Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility for independent practice.
• Several years of clinical experience as an FNP, PMHNP or other NP specialty.
• Strong connections to the community you intend to serve.
• Desire for ownership and flexibility in how you deliver care.

Required skills
