Starlink Crisis Response Lead

About the role

SpaceX’s Starlink constellation provides low‑latency broadband worldwide, especially during emergencies. The Crisis Response Lead will build and scale Starlink’s crisis response capability, ensuring operational readiness, data‑driven decision‑making, and seamless coordination with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor readiness metrics, identify gaps, and drive process improvements for rapid response.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to streamline account handoffs, information flow, and execution during crises.
• Collect, analyze, and present data on response performance, risk trends, and operational bottlenecks.
• Develop external engagement frameworks, onboarding processes, and long‑term relationships with emergency agencies.
• Serve as primary contact for global emergency stakeholders, translating field insights into product enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high‑school diploma with at least 3 years of emergency/crisis response experience.
• 2+ years in consulting, project management, or crisis coordination.
• 1+ year in a customer‑facing role.
• 2+ years of data analysis, reporting, or performance‑metrics experience (e.g., Excel modeling, dashboards).

Required skills
