Standing Orders Coordinator

About the role

SafeRide Health is looking for a detail‑oriented Standing Orders Coordinator to oversee recurring transportation schedules for members who need ongoing medical care. You will ensure timely, uninterrupted access to life‑sustaining treatments by maintaining accurate standing order data, processing change requests, and supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and audit assigned standing order lists, focusing on highest‑risk cases first.
• Manage and update recurring ride schedules to guarantee accurate and on‑time service.
• Maintain data consistency across all scheduling and reporting tools.
• Review, prioritize, and resolve change requests and escalations, meeting daily productivity targets (≈35 audits or 150 renewals per team).
• Conduct outbound calls to facilities and members to verify appointment details, confirming member identity per privacy regulations.
• Ensure standing orders comply with plan‑specific requirements such as Medicaid and Medicare Advantage.
• Collaborate with Routing, Network, Transportation, and Member Services teams to resolve issues and support new program launches.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and assist with special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare coordination, customer service, scheduling, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
