Stage en restauration, bar et banquets (nationalité française obligatoire)

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience across multiple food‑and‑beverage venues, including a restaurant, bar, lounge, pool bar, food‑truck and conference centre. You will rotate weekly, gaining exposure to guest service, reservations, event set‑up and logistical support.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders and serve meals and drinks.
• Handle reservations and provide front‑of‑house customer service.
• Promote additional sales and manage service flow during busy periods.
• Prepare venues for events, banquets and seminars.
• Assist with on‑site logistics and coordination for large gatherings.
• Use F&B software tools for order entry and reporting.
• Support room‑service operations throughout the day.

Required profile

• French nationality (mandatory).
• Strong interest in hospitality and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekly schedules.
• Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks.
