Staff+ Software Engineer, Full-stack

About the role

Anthropic’s Product Engineering organization is looking for an experienced full‑stack engineer to own end‑to‑end product experiences across Claude.ai, the Anthropic API, enterprise deployments, and industry‑specific applications. You will act as a technical leader, shaping how users interact with cutting‑edge LLM capabilities while ensuring performance, reliability, and a great developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full‑stack features for platform ecosystems, beneficial deployments, and vertical AI products.
• Ensure technical quality across the stack, including performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience.
• Scale solutions to serve millions of global users.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, product leaders, designers, and researchers to translate new model capabilities into user‑focused products.
• Identify and develop commercial rails that turn Claude from a cost center into a revenue generator for emerging markets such as life sciences and healthcare.

• Proven ability to lead technical projects and own end‑to‑end product ownership.
• Comfort working with AI/LLM technologies and translating research breakthroughs into usable features.
