Staff Product Manager – Business Travel

About the role

Lyft is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own growth for its Business Travel segment. You will shape the full‑funnel strategy that brings new business riders and companies onto Lyft, guiding them from discovery through repeat usage.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and long‑term engagement for both individual travelers and managed company accounts.
• Set the north‑star metric and segment‑level targets that drive prioritisation.
• Lead new‑user acquisition across self‑serve, paid, organic, referral, and partner channels, sizing each channel and ensuring cost‑effective performance.
• Design the onboarding and activation flow that moves users from sign‑up to their first business ride and beyond.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, design, and data science to translate demand into lasting habits.
