Staff Product Engineer

About the role

Quanta is building a new financial system of record and needs a Staff Product Engineer to own critical product problems from concept to delivery, working closely with customers, product, design, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product problems, turning messy real‑world workflows into simple, durable experiences.
• Collaborate with customers, product, design, and engineers to define and ship high‑impact features.
• Raise the engineering bar by applying strong technical judgment and product intuition across the team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with shipped customer‑facing products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to translate ambiguous problems into solutions.
• High ownership mindset, caring about adoption and outcomes after launch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of application architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs.
• Data modeling expertise.
• Backend systems development and reliability engineering.
• Ability to build correct, trustworthy, data‑intensive applications.
