Staff Physician – Diagnostic Radiology & Nuclear Medicine

About the role

The University of Miami Health System is seeking a Staff Physician to join the Division of Nuclear Medicine within Diagnostic Radiology. The role involves delivering high‑quality nuclear medicine imaging and therapy across multiple UHealth sites, supporting both clinical care and academic activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and interpret PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and other diagnostic nuclear studies.
• Administer radiopharmaceutical therapy, including theranostic treatments for thyroid cancer, lymphoma, neuroendocrine tumors, and prostate cancer.
• Collaborate with UHealth faculty, community providers, and satellite practice locations.
• Participate in academic activities, research, and education within a leading academic health system.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Nuclear Medicine.
• Demonstrated expertise in the full scope of nuclear medicine imaging and therapy.
• Experience or strong interest in theranostics and nuclear oncology imaging.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, academically enriched environment.
