Staff Pharmacist

About the role

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will deliver pharmaceutical care in a fast‑paced retail environment, helping customers manage their health and medication needs. This role combines patient counseling, prescription dispensing, and community health initiatives to support wellbeing in the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on medication usage and health concerns.
• Administer immunizations and participate in Walmart health programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pharmacy regulations, and HIPAA/PHI guidelines.
• Model best practices and guide pharmacy staff in customer service and clinical care.
