Staff Engineer – Full Stack

About the role

Tanagram is building tools to accelerate agentic coding by turning engineering lessons from codebases, reviews, incidents, and chats into real‑time guardrails. As a Staff Engineer you will work across the full stack—Typescript + React frontend, Python/Go backend, and LLM infrastructure—to deliver reliable, high‑impact features for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Design and implement product interactions that are both delightful and performant.
• Identify and execute improvements to core systems, such as adding database indices or building internal tooling.
• Collaborate closely with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of rapid yet thoughtful iteration.
• Promote the product publicly on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, or Reddit.

Required profile

• Proven experience building 0‑to‑1 products, either as a founder or early engineer at a funded startup.
• Hands‑on expertise with modern AI models, understanding their capabilities, nuances, and prompting techniques.
• Data‑science background, especially in clustering and anomaly detection.
• Strong judgment for problem selection and a bias toward swift execution.
