Product Engineering Lead

About the role

Andera is building reliable AI agents to automate back‑office financial audits for the world’s largest public companies. As the Product Engineering Lead, you will own the primary product experience used by professional auditors, turning complex financial data and AI output into intuitive, trustworthy interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement intuitive workflows for reviewing large, complex financial datasets and AI agent results.
• Translate Figma designs into polished, production‑ready front‑end applications.
• Build a new platform from the ground up, spanning front‑end, back‑end, and infrastructure components.
• Collaborate directly with auditors (internal and customer) to understand their workflows and pain points.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability across the product.
• Work closely with AI and systems engineers to integrate agent capabilities into the UI.
• Help grow the product team from its inception.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering mindset with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Deep empathy for users operating in highly complex financial domains.
• Ability to translate ambiguous feedback into clear product decisions.
• Comfort working with large datasets, asynchronous workflows, and partial failures.
