Staff Engineer – Engineering & Consulting Services

About the role

The Staff Engineer will provide engineering and consulting services across a variety of projects and client sectors. You will work on field investigations, design, analysis, and reporting while supporting senior engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and lead field investigations, laboratory testing, and data analysis.
• Develop engineering calculations, designs, plans, and specifications.
• Review drawings and construction to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and progress reports.
• Assist senior staff in scope development, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history, if required.
