Sr. Manager, Professional Services - Pipeline Software Suite

About the role

Quorum Software, a provider of digital technology for business workflows in the energy industry, is hiring a Senior Manager, Professional Services for its Pipeline Software Suite. The role leads the Global Services business unit and is accountable for delivering Quorum Pipeline Transaction Management (QPTM) and the broader suite to midstream customers. It is based in Houston or Dallas, Texas, on a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of QPTM and Pipeline Software Suite implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations and legacy system replacements for natural gas and liquids pipeline and storage customers.
• Apply deep pipeline industry knowledge to guide customers on scheduling, capacity, contract, imbalance, invoicing and regulatory (FERC/NAESB) processes.
• Drive repeatability and consistency across implementations through standard delivery methodologies, accelerators and reusable assets.
• Manage and lead a team of 15+ employees, including consultants, project managers and technical resources.
• Prepare the team and customers for Quorum's platform transformation, building fluency in AI, analytics, data and integration capabilities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to bring field insight into the roadmap and help shape how new capabilities are deployed.
• Oversee integration of QPTM with adjacent systems such as measurement (including Quorum FLOWCAL), accounting, ETRM and commercial applications.
• Manage to quarterly customer satisfaction, revenue and project quality goals, and act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of how a pipeline business runs, from nominations and scheduling to capacity release, imbalance management, contract and rate administration, invoicing, and FERC and NAESB requirements.
• Ability to earn the respect of pipeline operators' commercial, scheduling, accounting and IT leaders.
• Comfort discussing cloud deployment, integration architecture, data quality and how AI and analytics can improve a pipeline workflow.
• A leader who can translate operator needs into how the technology is configured, delivered and adopted.
