Sr. Director, Marketing Finance

About the role

This senior position leads the intersection of finance, marketing and commercial operations for a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer and e‑commerce business in the United States. The role provides strategic insight to executive leadership, shaping investment decisions, revenue growth and channel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve revenue and marketing forecasting models across e‑commerce and digital sales channels.
• Lead annual planning cycles, forecasting processes and financial reviews, delivering consolidated insights to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing and commercial leaders to evaluate investments, prioritize growth initiatives and optimize channel performance.
• Drive strategic finance projects such as scenario analysis, long‑range planning, investment evaluations and performance assessments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear recommendations.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing finance team focused on analytical excellence and business partnership.
• Implement and optimize advanced financial planning tools, automation and AI‑driven workflows.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Data and Business teams to maintain data integrity and consistent reporting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic finance.
• 3‑5+ years managing and developing high‑performing finance teams.
• Direct experience supporting DTC or e‑commerce business models.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree; backgrounds in investment banking, consulting or corporate strategy are valued.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills, including experience presenting to C‑suite and board audiences.
