Sr. Associate, Marketing Communications

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate, Marketing Communications to join its commercial operations team at the Fort Worth, Texas Main Campus. You will lead marketing projects from concept to launch, supporting brand strategy while ensuring timely delivery and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing projects and promotional material development, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Partner with brand teams, creative agencies, and cross‑functional partners to define scope, milestones, and alignment.
• Initiate and manage project briefs, guiding design, copy, and content creation.
• Route all materials through regulatory, medical, and legal review for compliance.
• Negotiate with agencies/vendors, oversee selection, and manage quotes and procurement.
• Champion budgets, track expenses, and process invoices to stay within financial targets.
• Build relationships with sales teams, conduct field‑testing, and gather feedback.
• Measure effectiveness of tools, report results, and monitor competitive initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing communications experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
