Community Engagement Associate

About the role

As a Community Engagement Associate you will join Pano AI’s mission‑driven team to help tackle the growing wildfire crisis using cutting‑edge AI and IoT technologies. You will work in a hybrid‑remote environment, collaborating with fire professionals, government agencies, utilities and private landowners to improve real‑time wildfire detection and response.

Key responsibilities

• Support community‑focused initiatives that raise awareness of Pano AI’s wildfire detection platform.
• Assist in gathering and verifying public fire reports to accelerate detection and verification.
• Collaborate with fire agencies and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely information flow.
• Help communicate the value of AI‑powered situational awareness tools to diverse audiences.

Required profile

• Strong interest in wildfire prevention, public safety and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with varied community groups.
• Team‑oriented mindset aligned with Pano AI’s values of impact, trust, speed and innovation.
