Marketing Product Manager – Enabling Technologies

About the role

Enovis is looking for a Marketing Product Manager to join its Enabling Technologies team in Austin, TX. You will help shape the future of the ASTRA™ platform – an ecosystem that combines augmented reality, AI, and smart navigation to improve surgical decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead upstream product development initiatives for the ASTRA™ Enabling Technologies platform, focusing on knee arthroplasty solutions.
• Translate surgeon feedback and clinical insights into clear product requirements and development priorities.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to ensure alignment from concept through launch.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the surgical enabling tech space.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, launch materials, training resources, and field sales tools.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, preferably within medical or surgical technology.
• Ability to gather and synthesize clinical insights into actionable product specifications.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
