Sr. Account Executive – Aviation Finance

About the role

Northwest is looking for an experienced Aviation Finance originator to develop and grow corporate aviation relationships. The role focuses on sourcing, structuring, and closing aircraft financing transactions for high‑net‑worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Originate new aviation finance opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, operators, brokers, dealers, manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Structure and close financing deals, including loans, lines of credit, acquisition financing, and progress payments.
• Manage client relationships throughout the financing lifecycle and identify additional business opportunities.
• Collaborate with credit and leadership teams to present, structure, and close transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of aviation experience such as brokering, aircraft lending, or leasing origination.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing aviation financing transactions.
• Strong network within the aviation industry and solid knowledge of aircraft values and market trends.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.

Required skills

• Experience in structuring aircraft financing transactions.
• Knowledge of loan products, lines of credit, and acquisition financing.
