Sr. Account Development Representative (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Fever for Business (F4B) is the B2B arm of Fever, the live entertainment platform, and it offers privatized events and group tickets to businesses, schools and global brands. As Account Development Representative, you will be the pipeline engine for privatized events and own the group tickets revenue stream: qualifying and nurturing inbound interest, running outbound outreach and closing group ticket deals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for privatized events.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging and cadences to raise response and conversion rates.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Work with Marketing, Fever Originals and the wider Sales organization to align campaigns and share insights.
• Track and report on SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates and closed-won revenue, iterating on performance.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to corporate audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university or business school.
• Proven sales development or similar experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS, media or events company.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and to make data-driven decisions.
• Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
