Sports Medicine Sales Representative

About the role

Stryker, a global medical technology company, is hiring a Sports Medicine Sales Representative in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a field-based, outside sales role where you act as the face of Stryker's sports medicine products and serve as a sales lead, working with cross-divisional reps to set strategic goals and targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lead sales pitches and demo meetings, and work with colleagues to set strategic goals and targets.
• Participate in trade shows, analyze the market territory and manage inventory reports.
• Negotiate prices and terms of transactions and solve product problems for customers.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on the use and maintenance of products, and run direct product evaluations in the operating room or office.
• Generate growth in sports medicine sales and train doctors on product usage.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in an outside sales position (medical-related fields preferred).
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of 5 years of commercial sales or medical field experience including operating room experience.
• Able to drive an automobile.
• Confident communicator, influential networker, strategic closer, trusted partner and competitive achiever.
