Sales Representative - Sage Injury Prevention

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Sage Sales Representative in Oklahoma City, a field-based role focused on injury prevention. You will promote and sell Sage products designed to address preventable never-events in healthcare, while maximizing efficiency and profitability for healthcare facilities. The role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key account influencers, distributors and end-users to defend your business base and achieve your assigned quota.
• Act as a resident Sage expert for clinical specialists, nurses, educators and administrators, covering your own products and competitors' offerings.
• Deliver a consultative, problem-solving approach with honesty and integrity, and provide responsive customer service.
• Partner with customers to improve protocols and processes, delivering clinical and financial improvements.
• Position Stryker's products in the marketplace by tracking industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory shifts.
• Monitor your own performance and collaborate with marketing and support teams to grow the business.

Required profile

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience; continuing experience in sales or a clinical setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Able to lift, set up and demonstrate equipment up to 50 pounds, and to spend long periods standing, sitting, kneeling or bending.

Required skills

• Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development and introduction, P&L management and field testing.
• Ability to read, retain information and coordinate hand-eye-foot movements.
