Sports Medicine Sales Representative - El Paso, TX

About the role

Stryker, a global medical technology company, is hiring a field-based Sports Medicine Sales Representative in El Paso, Texas. As the face of Stryker products, you act as a sales lead, representing Stryker Endoscopy products and educating doctors, nurses and staff on product use and maintenance. The role is flexible, allowing you to adjust your time to focus on the most value for customers and the market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products for sports-related injuries
• Prepare and lead sales pitches and demo meetings, and work with cross-divisional sales reps to set strategic goals and targets
• Participate in trade shows and analyze the market territory
• Manage inventory reports, negotiate prices and transaction terms, and solve product problems for customers
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use and maintenance, and run direct product evaluations in the operating room or office

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-5 years of experience in an outside sales position (medical-related fields preferred)
• Able to drive an automobile and travel overnight 50% of the year
• Confident communicator, influential and persuasive, with a charismatic network and assertive closing style
• Subject matter expert with trusted product knowledge, competitive and results-driven
