Speech Language Pathologist – Pediatrics

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking passionate Speech‑Language Pathologists to provide early intervention and pediatric services across New Castle and Kent Counties, Delaware. The role offers flexible scheduling, the ability to choose geographic coverage, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching‑based interaction style to empower caregivers.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries.
• Provide feeding therapy services for infants and toddlers.
• Complete electronic documentation for each visit and maintain weekly scheduled visits.

Required profile

• Active Speech‑Language Pathology license in good standing in Delaware.
• Experience with birth‑to‑five and/or home‑care settings preferred.
• Passion for family‑centered, community‑based care.
