Speech Language Pathologist – Home Health (Per Diem/Part‑Time)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide home health visits for adult and geriatric patients throughout the greater Denver area. This is a per‑diem or part‑time position within the Denver Visits office.

Key responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders, and develop therapeutic interventions.
• Create and adjust treatment plans based on physician orders and client goals.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet‑based electronic medical record system.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitative care to promote safety and independent living.

Required profile

• Current Colorado license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA or equivalent education and work experience pending certification.
• Ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Solid computer skills, including use of a tablet for documentation.
