RN Field Educator – Home Health

About the role

Join BAYADA as a Full‑Time RN Clinical Field Educator to shape the next generation of home health nurses while maintaining a small personal caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Precept and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs during home visits, providing one‑on‑one clinical training and ongoing support.
• Coordinate onboarding calendars, ensure attendance at required education classes, and assist the Director of Clinical Education as needed.
• Deliver direct patient care for at least 50% of time, including case management, medication administration, wound care, assessments, and documentation using a tablet‑based system.
• Collaborate with office and clinical education teams to maintain consistent training and improve clinician retention.

Required profile

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• Prior Medicare‑Certified Home Health experience (required); HCHB experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with tablet‑based point‑of‑care documentation.
• Ability to perform medication administration, wound care, and other clinical procedures.
