Specialty Pharmacy Technician – $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this hybrid position you will work onsite at a hospital clinic and later transition to a mix of on‑site and remote work, providing medication adherence support and personalized pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands‑on patient care.
• Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty prescriptions.
• Submit prior authorizations, manage refill reminders, resolve insurance issues and support financial assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• State‑registered Texas Pharmacy Technician (CPhT required).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a pharmacy technician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, organization and empathy.
