Mastercard is seeking a Specialist in Product Development to join the Business Integration & Excellence team within Security Solutions. The role focuses on aligning business and technology strategies to deliver products that detect fraud, ensure uninterrupted commerce, and maximize transaction value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program and intake processes to optimize resource allocation, timelines, and cross‑team dependencies.
• Implement the product roadmap by translating business requirements to engineering teams and overseeing epics throughout the software engineering lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to execute critical project tasks.
• Ensure development teams deliver high‑quality work that meets business requirements, removing blockers and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and development teams, maintaining alignment and clear communication.
• Evangelize product goals from the customer perspective to internal and external stakeholders.
