Spanish Speaking Pre‑Suit Attorney

About the role
Join a growing plaintiffs' firm in Fort Lauderdale as a Spanish‑speaking Pre‑Suit Attorney within the Bodily Injury group. You will manage a full caseload from intake through settlement negotiations, working closely with an experienced legal team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle pre‑suit bodily injury cases from initial intake to litigation.
- Draft demand letters, coordinate with opposing counsel, and negotiate settlements.
- Provide regular case updates to clients in both English and Spanish.
Required profile
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
- At least 1 year of personal injury experience preferred.
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.
- Fluent written and verbal Spanish.
