About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our spa guests. You will greet clients in person and by phone, handle inquiries, and support the daily administrative operations of the spa.

Key responsibilities

Provide a warm and friendly welcome to clientele at all times.
Coordinate client consultation records with the assigned therapist.
Schedule appointments, monitor therapist availability, and ensure punctual service.
Assist with administrative duties such as inventory reporting and processing payments.
Maintain the reception area, refill brochures, and ensure a neat appearance of the waiting area.
Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and handle guest complaints.
Support inter‑departmental coordination and follow sustainability guidelines.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 year receptionist or administrative experience.
Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and perform basic physical tasks.
