Recreation Supervisor

About the role

The Recreation Supervisor engages guests and owners in a variety of programs while coordinating and leading a comprehensive schedule of recreational activities at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa. This role ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, create, plan, and facilitate social and sports activities for guests, including games, crafts, team‑building, and outdoor recreation.
• Maintain inventories of games, equipment, and supplies; schedule attendants and manage paperwork, incident reports, and billing.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, consult with the manager on daily operations, and address safety concerns.
• Perform minor maintenance, repair or replace equipment, and keep facilities, bathrooms, offices, and storage areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• High school diploma required.
• Previous experience in accounting or related training, with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, sit for extended periods, and work varied schedules including holidays and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
