About the role

As a Solution Architect Manager in PwC’s Bank Platform Transformation practice, you will design and implement integration solutions and robust platform architectures for banking and capital markets clients. You will lead a team, manage client accounts, and ensure projects deliver high‑quality, secure, and performant outcomes.

• Promote innovative technologies and best practices across integration architecture teams.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within integration frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to optimise data utilisation and enhance business performance.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering skill growth and client‑focused contributions.
• Address conflicts, engage in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders, and manage performance expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to lead with integrity, authenticity, and a focus on delivering value.
