Solution Architect, AI

About the role

Litify is looking for a Solution Architect to join its AI team within Professional Services. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of Litify AI solutions for legal firms, designing custom agent workflows on the Salesforce platform and guiding clients through successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate Litify AI capabilities to clients and prospects, tailoring demos to legal workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions, capture requirements, and translate them into detailed solution designs.
• Build, configure, and deploy custom AI agent workflows on Litify’s Salesforce‑based framework from design through go‑live.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor on Litify AI features, best practices, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with a Project Manager to scope, plan, and deliver implementations on time and within budget.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on client needs and drive adoption.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and ensure measurable client value.
• Document designs, configuration decisions, and implementation guides for internal and client use.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the AI roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and own technical solutions from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication skills to interact with legal professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Experience delivering complex technology projects in a professional services environment.

Required skills

• Advanced mastery of Salesforce platform and configuration.
• Experience designing and deploying AI‑driven workflows.
• Familiarity with Litify AI or similar legal‑tech SaaS solutions.
