Implementation Consultant – Salesforce Certified

About the role

Litify is seeking a Salesforce Configuration Specialist to join its Services team. You will own the technical build of the Litify platform during client implementations, working closely with Project Managers and Solution Architects to deliver scalable, declarative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects on discovery calls and technical discussions.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy declarative Salesforce solutions and platform extensions as part of full build cycles.
• Demo completed builds to internal teams and client stakeholders to validate business requirements.
• Document discovery findings, identify configuration best practices, and share knowledge across the Services team.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant.
• Strong automation expertise with Salesforce Flow (record‑triggered flows, loops, collections, subflows, custom UI components).
• Proven ability to build custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Web Page assignments, dynamic forms, and record types.
• Experience migrating, cleansing, and mapping complex relational data using tools such as Apex Data Loader.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, and sharing rules.
