Agent Architect

About the role

The Agent Architect is a technical leader at Litify who designs and builds autonomous AI workflows (agents) that deliver measurable ROI for legal‑tech clients. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, this role translates high‑level business objectives into functional AI demo environments and client trials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced agentic flows such as Policy Agents, Damages Assistants, and Litigation Agents within demo and trial environments.
• Collaborate with sales and success teams to define trial objectives, identify key workflows, and tailor autonomous agents to client needs.
• Lead configuration of AI prompt libraries and build autonomous workflows during trial discovery and setup phases.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Sales Engineers and other team members on custom demo flow creation and product release updates.
• Troubleshoot permission issues, conduct end‑user testing, and deliver ongoing technical support to optimize adoption.
• Drive post‑rollout workflow customizations to ensure long‑term client retention.
• Create internal and external AI/Agent documentation and deliver training to Customer Success teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with the Salesforce platform and Litify software.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
