About the role
Glean is looking for recent university graduates who are passionate about software engineering and want to contribute to a cutting‑edge Work AI platform. You will join a fast‑growing team and be placed in one of three engineering tracks – Backend, Product, or Machine Learning – based on your interests and available openings.
Key responsibilities
- Own impactful infrastructure problems from inception and architecture to production launch.
- Write well‑thought‑out design documents and ship robust, high‑quality, well‑tested code.
- Collaborate with a strong team to identify and prioritize the most impactful projects on the roadmap.
- Mentor more junior engineers while learning from experienced colleagues.
Required profile
- Recent university graduate with a strong interest in software engineering.
- Motivated, creative, and eager to make a difference in the tech world.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
