Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

Grazitti Interactive is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance custom applications on the Salesforce platform for its US clients. You will work within an agile team, delivering high‑quality code and collaborating across functional groups.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customizations and new applications using the Force.com platform, including Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, provide feedback, and help shape the development process.
• Maintain and refactor existing code to ensure alignment with overall architecture.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and deploying changes to production environments.
• Provide technical support to end‑users and contribute to UI design discussions.
• Analyze business processes, propose solutions, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer 1 certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team.

Required skills

• Salesforce.com development tools: Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
• Experience with Salesforce Community Development.
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#.
• Knowledge of SOAP‑based web services, data management, RDBMS, and SOA design principles.
• Familiarity with Outbound Messaging implementation is a plus.
