Software Engineer – Talent Pool (All Levels & Technologies)

About the role

Growth Acceleration Partners (GAP) is building a talent pool of software engineers across all seniority levels and technology stacks. As a member of this pool you will work remotely on high‑impact, product‑driven projects, collaborating with distributed teams to deliver modern, scalable solutions for GAP’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality software that meets product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous‑improvement initiatives to uphold engineering standards.
• Own and manage portions of the development lifecycle, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 – 15+ years of experience in software engineering, QA, data, cloud, or AI roles (open to entry‑level through principal architects).
• Experience working in Agile, product‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to deliver technical work appropriate to your level, from feature implementation to system architecture.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional, distributed teams.

Required skills

• .NET, Java, Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, or Salesforce (backend).
• Angular, React, or Vue.js (frontend).
• Android, Flutter, iOS, or .NET MAUI (mobile).
• Data Analysis, Data Science, and QA related tools.
