About the role

Matroid is looking for a full‑stack JavaScript engineer to build novel features for its cutting‑edge computer‑vision platform. You will work on a product that enables enterprises to train and deploy visual inspection models across many imaging modalities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new platform features such as visual search, semantic segmentation, and custom object tracking.
• Identify and adopt emerging technologies and best practices for the engineering team.
• Improve client‑side and server‑side performance and scalability.
• Incorporate user feedback to refine the product and create better visualizations of model outputs.

Required profile

• Strong command of modern JavaScript development and ability to work across the full stack.
• Self‑starter who can prioritize work, design, build, and test features independently.
• Good eye for UI/UX design and ability to make interfaces intuitive and delightful.
• Analytical, fast learner, and comfortable tackling unfamiliar languages or technologies.
