Founding Engineer

About the role

As a Founding Engineer you will work directly with the founders to design architecture, ship features, and shape the product vision for Miravoice’s voice‑AI platform. You will have real ownership and the chance to co‑author research, interact with customers, and attend conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement core backend and frontend components of the voice‑AI platform.
• Scale infrastructure to handle tens of millions of calls and run large‑scale empirical experiments.
• Collaborate with customers, publish research, and represent the company at conferences.

Required profile

• Strong generalist software engineering background with ability to learn quickly.
• Product‑mindset and passion for user experience.
• Experience building and shipping products in a fast‑paced, startup environment.

Required skills

• Frontend development (e.g., JavaScript/React).
• Backend development (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js).
• Distributed systems design.
• AI/ML fundamentals; bonus for speech/voice system experience.
