Software Engineer – New Graduate

About the role
As a Software Engineer on the New Grad program at Notion, you will help shape core user experiences and accelerate how people discover value in the platform. You will work on end‑to‑end product features, improve existing functionality, and build internal tools that support the entire team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design, implement, and maintain new product features from concept through launch.
- Drive user adoption by instrumenting onboarding moments and iterating on activation flows.
- Improve performance, reliability, and polish of existing features such as spell‑checking and search indexing.
- Develop internal scripts and tools to streamline feedback collection and team productivity.
Required profile
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Available to start full‑time before July 27, 2026.
- Previous internship experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
