About the role

As a Software Engineer you will have a critical impact on both the product and the technical foundation, working closely with the founders to shape architecture and direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and platform components that power AI‑native products.
• Build and maintain scalable, distributed systems and asynchronous processing pipelines.
• Develop data pipelines, ETL workflows, and large‑scale data processing solutions.
• Own production systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and observability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in software, backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a pragmatic approach to building production‑grade systems.
• Passion for AI‑driven products and the ability to work quickly in a fast‑moving startup environment.
