Software Engineer - iOS

About the role

State Farm is looking for iOS Software Engineers to join its Digital Experience Mobile team. You will help build and enhance the award‑winning State Farm mobile app that serves millions of customers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship iOS features on a three‑week sprint cadence using SwiftUI or UIKit.
• Collaborate with Android engineers, designers, product owners, and QA to deliver customer‑facing functionality.
• Contribute to app architecture, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.

Required profile

• Professional or project experience with SwiftUI or UIKit (both a plus).
• Hands‑on experience integrating iOS networking and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with MVVM or similar architectural patterns.
• Strong understanding of Swift fundamentals such as error handling, protocols, and optionals.
• Experience with unit testing and AI‑assisted development tools.
