Director, Product Management (Data & Agentic AI Platform)

About the role

Achieve is building a next‑generation AI‑driven financial services platform. As Director of Product Management you will own the enterprise Data Platform and the Agentic AI Platform, defining strategy, roadmap and early technology choices while working closely with engineering, security, risk and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for the governed data foundation, including architecture, migration, cost optimisation and the delivery of enterprise data products.
• Set the vision and multi‑year roadmap for the shared agent harness, build reference workflows and enable teams across the business to create, launch and govern their own AI‑driven agents.
• Establish governance, audit trails, safety checkpoints and compliance controls for both data and AI platforms.
• Track emerging AI models, agent frameworks and standards, translating them into platform decisions and cost‑management practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience leading platform, data or infrastructure products consumed by multiple teams.
• Proven track record of large‑scale data or platform migrations and managing cloud, storage and model spend.
• Experience building data governance, lineage, quality, privacy and access controls in regulated environments such as financial services.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to executive audiences.

Required skills

• Modern data architecture tools: Snowflake, Databricks, ETL/ELT pipelines, event streaming.
• Semantic layer, metric stores and ontology management.
• Data governance, lineage, quality, privacy and access control frameworks.
• AI model cost management (token, inference) and experience with voice/ customer‑facing AI, authentication and compliance.
