Software Engineer I

About the role

As a Software Engineer I you will be a core contributor on an empowered product team, collaborating closely with Product Management, Design, and fellow Engineers to build high‑quality software that solves real customer problems for Coca‑Cola’s North America operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Design to deeply understand customer problems, workflows, and pain points.
• Contribute to solution discovery through ideation, prototyping, and evaluating multiple approaches.
• Provide a technical perspective to assess feasibility, value, and scope of proposed solutions.
• Lead technical direction for the product area, guiding architecture and system design.
• Make pragmatic trade‑offs between speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
• Ensure alignment with broader platform and enterprise architecture where appropriate.
