Software Engineer I

About the role

Coca-Cola’s North America Operating Unit is looking for a Software Engineer I to join an empowered product team. You will collaborate with Product Management, Design, and fellow Engineers to build high‑quality digital products that improve customer experiences, support field teams, and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Design to understand customer problems, workflows, and pain points.
• Contribute to solution discovery through ideation, prototyping, and evaluating multiple approaches.
• Provide technical perspective on feasibility, value, and effort for proposed solutions.
• Lead technical direction for the team, guiding architecture and system design.
• Make pragmatic trade‑offs between speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
• Ensure alignment with broader platform and enterprise architecture where appropriate.
• Identify and manage technical debt and risk throughout the development lifecycle.
