About the role

Atano is building an AI‑powered platform that automates credentialing and payer enrollment for healthcare organizations. We are a fast‑growing early‑stage company looking for a Software Engineer who loves building full‑stack products and wants to own critical parts of our stack.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the entire technical stack, from frontend UI to backend services.
• Design and implement AI‑driven workflows that form the core of the product.
• Ship features based on direct customer feedback and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with the team to plan the roadmap, improve existing functionality, and prototype new ideas.
• Anticipate customer needs and help shape product direction before they are voiced.

Required profile

• Delivered production‑grade software used by real users, not just side projects.
• Comfortable working across the full stack – frontend and backend alike.
• Passionate about building AI‑enabled features and solving hard problems.
• Fast mover who ships code, gathers feedback, and avoids analysis paralysis.
• Product‑focused mindset – prioritize user experience over technical elegance.
• Low ego, high ownership: fix issues, ask questions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
